First slides, first turns and unforgettable first mountain memories… At Le Corbier, the Espace des Étoiles has been specially designed to help beginners discover skiing in the best possible conditions. Located in the heart of the resort, just behind the Tourist Office, this safe learning area is ideal for both children and adults.
A safe area
The Espace des Étoiles is Le Corbier’s dedicated learning area. Safe and easy to access, it allows beginners to build confidence thanks to facilities specifically designed for learning.
The area features two covered magic carpets for effortless uphill transport, as well as a ski lift to help skiers gradually progress onto longer runs. Located directly behind the Tourist Office, it offers a convenient and reassuring environment for families and first-time skiers.
To learn in the best conditions, you can also join the ESF Le Corbier beginner ski lessons, which start directly from this area. Whether you’re a child or an adult, qualified instructors will guide you step by step, helping you gain confidence and quickly enjoy the pleasure of skiing.
Beginner lift passes
To make learning affordable, Le Corbier offers a special Beginner Pass designed specifically for first-time skiers.
This pass provides access to the Espace des Étoiles and the Baby Baïko ski lift, perfect for continuing your progress on easy slopes.
Prices (ages 5 to 75):
Once you feel more confident, you can easily upgrade to the Le Corbier / Saint-Jean-d’Arves or Les Sybelles® lift passes. These already include access to the Espace des Étoiles while opening the door to one of France’s largest ski areas, with slopes for every ability.
