This winter, the resort is open from December 12, 2026, to April 9, 2027.
Learning to ski, sharing those first turns on the snow or simply enjoying the mountains together: at Le Corbier, everything is designed with families in mind. A 100% pedestrian-friendly resort, a safe environment, dedicated beginner areas and easy-access slopes allow everyone to discover the joy of skiing at their own pace. Enjoy a relaxing family holiday where unforgettable moments on the snow are made together.
Le Corbier,
Le Corbier is renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere and easy access to the slopes. A 100% pedestrian, ski-in/ski-out resort, there’s no need to take the car or a shuttle to reach the lifts: the slopes are accessible directly from the heart of the resort. A real advantage, especially for families with young children!
Even better, the joy of skiing starts from an early age! From the age of 3, children can put on their first pair of skis and learn with professional guidance. Beginners of all ages also benefit from dedicated learning areas designed to help them discover skiing safely and progress at their own pace.
Beginners, both children and adults, enjoy specially designed areas where they can learn to ski with confidence.
And there’s more good news for those who like to take it easy: it’s possible to explore the entire Le Corbier ski sector using only green and blue runs! The perfect way to build confidence and discover the resort without having to tackle more difficult slopes.
More than just skiing, Le Corbier offers a true family experience. Children discover the mountains through play, teenagers quickly find their favourite playground, and parents enjoy a resort that’s easy to navigate and designed with families in mind.
First time on skis?
Before heading out onto the slopes, beginner skiers can take their very first turns at the Espace des Étoiles, Le Corbier’s dedicated beginner area.
Located just behind the Tourist Office, next to the snow front, this secure learning area is the perfect place to experience skiing for the first time, learn how to stop and turn, and above all, build confidence before exploring the rest of the ski area.
With its two covered magic carpets, the Baby and Baïko ski lifts, and a beginner-friendly ski pass, it’s the ideal place to learn and improve at your own pace.
Learn to ski
Need a helping hand for your first turns? The ESF Le Corbier welcomes children from the age of 3 in its children’s ski garden and guides them through every step of learning to ski.
From discovering snow for the first time to improving their technique, lessons are tailored to each skier’s age and ability, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace in a fun and supportive environment.
And while the children are learning with their instructor, parents can enjoy a few runs of their own!
Our favourite runs
We know them by heart! Here are our favourite routes to help you progress from the beginner area to Le Corbier’s slopes, step by step and at your own pace.
Leaving the beginner area
Feeling confident? It’s time to head a little higher!
Take the Voie Lactée chairlift, then ski down via the Pirouette and P’tit Loup runs back to the snow front.
It’s a great route to gain confidence on longer slopes, link more turns together and discover some of Le Corbier’s most enjoyable pistes.
Good news: the entire Le Corbier sector can be explored using only green and blue runs!
Taking it to the next level
